Carolina Chocolate Drops  were the headliner for  the 3rd Annual Mountain Music Benefit Concert in October 2008 at the Lyric Theatre in downtown Blacksburg. WE RAISED $2000 FOR COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITIES!!!  Visit The Carolina Chocolate Drops Website by clicking HERE.

 All tickets sale proceeds went directly to Community Opportunities, Inc an organization whose mission is to assist and support people with disabilities, and those who know them best, to design and pursue lives of their choice. Community Opportunities grew out of a commitment to seeing that people with disabilities in our community have a chance to live self-determined lives -- lives full of choice, control, friendship, and membership in the community.
